"Exceptional"
The property is great. Theres a pool,sauna and jacuzzi. They are under maintenance atm but hey least they have them for summer. The rooms are standard hotel rooms comfy and cozy bed. Cable hookup and shower and toilet work. You can’t ask for more. The property staff are extremely nice and helpful. I’ve not had any issues that haven’t been resolved.(needing towels,paper dishes, etc.)

Absolutely nothing I paid online at booking.com and they accepted payment and even stated they would do late night check ins and I bòok it and arrive 30 min later at 1130pm and no one was even att check inn desk to check me in after I already pre paid on booking. I rang door bell and I called several times and emailed several times and no one would answer. After waiting there over an hour and a half trying to contact hotel desk, u finally gave up and had to pay for ANOTHER hotel nearby when i had already paid for this one and had hardly any money i had juat enough to pay for hotel number 2 amd that was it and i had mtly boyfriend my 11 year old son with me amd im 7 months pregnant and we were extremely tired they refused to honor their word and sale and kept all the money amd.refused to refund me and refused to deliver what i paid for and also refused to allow me to change my booking date or attempt to accommodate me in ANY way whatsoever. Booking.com alsonwould not credit me the money back for me to use on hotel that was available to check me in last minute. I contacted booking.com twice and they tried to contact hotel.desk.again no response. I then asked both booking.com and the hotel via email to reconsider and asked for them to offer me a resolution that was fair on account of the error was not on my end in any way. Both establishments offered nothing and have been extremely unfair and rude and completely unprofessional. I've used booking.com for years and I will now no longer. And this hotel I have not stayed with and I will not ever in the future bc I feel they basically stole from me . Why even offer your business late night and accept customers money when your check in desk and doors are closed and locked up and no employees in sight? Why take money from me and then when I arrive 30 min after booking the room there's no one around to check me in??? I feel completely ripped off and robbed.

Nice clean place. The staff were very friendly and caring. I lost my dad and made sure I was ok. I would definitely stay if I every went back to lake city Florida. Thank you!

The price was decent. I didn't see any bed bugs or anything like that, which is a problem across the whole country. The fridge had a small freezer, which was great considering we were traveling a long distance and had a lot of food and drinks that benefitted from that. The staff was working hard to manage all the guests and the facility.
